Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Any claims for damage, shortage or non-delivery must be communicated to us in writing within 10 days of the expected delivery date.
SITEH3RO™ products are professional cutting tools designed for use with impact wrenches. Defective goods must be reported to us within a reasonable time of discovery. If a product is confirmed to be defective, we will, at our option, either replace the product or issue a credit for the invoiced amount.
It is your responsibility to ensure that any product ordered is suitable for your intended application. We shall not be liable for products that are damaged through misuse, improper handling, failure to follow instructions, or normal wear and tear.
Goods returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. To arrange a return, contact us at usa@unibor.com to obtain a returns authorization number. Returned goods must be in their original, saleable condition and shipped at your expense.
We may provide access to third-party tools and services (such as payment processors and shipping carriers) over which we have no control. These tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranty or endorsement. Your use of any third-party tools is at your own risk.
