We ship to all 50 US states from our warehouse in Lombard, Illinois.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
We do not currently ship internationally. For orders outside the United States, please contact us at usa@unibor.com.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM CT (Monday–Friday) are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CT, or on weekends and holidays, will be processed the next business day.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your SITEH3RO™ purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, contact us at usa@unibor.com or call 800-969-9644 with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or was shipped in error.
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please note: original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective product, contact us immediately at usa@unibor.com. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
Please include photos of the damage or defect to help us process your claim quickly.
We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
All SITEH3RO™ tools are covered by Unibor’s standard product warranty against manufacturing defects. If you believe your tool has a manufacturing defect, contact us with your order details and a description of the issue.
