We ship across the United States from our warehouse in Lombard, Illinois. We currently only sell within the US.
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM CT (Monday-Friday) are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CT, or on weekends and holidays, will be processed the next business day.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective product, contact us immediately at usa@unibor.com. Please include photos of the damage or defect to help us resolve the issue quickly.
